Refund Policy
Consultations
The consultation fee is fully refundable within 30 days, after that, it may only be used for a consultation and must be used within 90 days.
Once you have been seen by your provider, you are no longer eligible for a refund, unless your provider determines that you do not qualify for treatment.
Progress Reports
Once your progress report has been completed, you are no longer eligible for a refund. However, we are happy to assist you with any issues you have such as pharmacy changes, etc…provided you follow up with AbsolutelyThin within 14 days.
