First Time App Onboarding
Welcome to the AbsolutelyThin Weight Loss App! Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate and make the most of the app. This app is a powerful tool to keep you on track. Research shows that accountability and tracking progress significantly boost success, and this app makes it simple and effortless for you.

(1) Login Screen
- This is where you’ll enter the username and password associated with your AbsolutelyThin account.
(2) Welcome
- Welcome to the Absolutely Thin Weight Loss App! This tutorial will guide you step-by-step on how to use the app and successfully navigate the Absolutely Thin Weight Loss Program. Click ‘Continue’ to get started.


(3) BMR & BMI Calculator
- Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the number of calories your body burns at rest, while your Body Mass Index (BMI) measures body fat based on your height and weight. Enter your age, gender, weight, and height in the fields below, then press the ‘Calculate’ button to see your results.
(4) Body Mass Index Results
Here, you’ll find your Body Mass Index (BMI) results. Use the number and corresponding color scale to compare your BMI to the provided descriptions.
Next, you can view your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Simply press the button labeled ‘View Your Basal Metabolic Rate’ to proceed.


(5) Basal Metabolic Rate
Your BMR represents the calories your body burns in a day without any activity. To support weight loss, the Absolutely Thin Weight Loss Program recommends subtracting 500 calories from your BMR to determine your daily calorie consumption goal.
After viewing your calculated BMR, press the ‘Save and Continue’ button to move forward.
(6) Profile
Here, enter your name or nickname and weight goal. Your calorie goal should already be calculated and displayed in the box. You can also upload a picture if you’d like, but it’s completely optional. First time users of the app will be prompted to grant access & select a photo from their phone’s library.
Once you’ve completed the form, press the ‘Save’ button to continue.
