Available: Available M-F 9am-2:45pm and 3:30pm-6:30pm. Saturdays 12pm-3pm. If you do not have a blood pressure monitor at the time of your appt. (or a picture of your reading), you will need to reschedule.

Notes: Must have a BMI of 25 or higher, be under the age of 65 & cannot be on blood pressure medication. This provider requires a 30-day break after 90 consecutive days of treatment with phentermine.
