Bio: Dr. Solano MD, BC in Integrative Medicine completed her medical school at St Christophers College of Medicine in Luton, England. She completed her first year of residency in Family Medicine at The Medical Center in Columbus, Ga. She outscored many of her fellow colleagues in the residency examination & ranked 3rd in her class. She developed a keen interest in complementary / personalized medicine & completed her specialty in Integrative Medicine through the American Academy of Antiaging & Regenerative Medicine. During her training, she learned about various interventions to help her patients with obesity conditions, such as best dietary practices & optimal nutritional / pharmaceutical supplementation. She worked many years applying her clinical knowledge & finds great reward to see her patients regain their livelihoods when traditional medicine practices are integrated with complementary medicine interventions. During her spare time, she enjoys hiking, exercising & reading.

Bio: My name is Heidi Dumas, I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and have been for 15 years now. I was a Nurse for 19 years before that. I live currently in Wisconsin, rural area, but am licensed in Minnesota & Montana, as I have lived there as well. I enjoy providing patient care & education for woman / men. Preventative, as well as care for chronic/long term health issues and concerns. I also work in a rural health care clinic setting providing care for all ages. I Love encouraging & empowering people to feel the best they can & work together with clients/patients to meet those goals / needs in a realistic way. I currently provide weight loss recommendations & guidance, this includes many oral medications that can help with cravings, as well as anxiety and emotional eating that so many of us struggle with. I have 4 children, from 29 years old down to 23 years old, three sons and one daughter.
